Before your stay in Barcelona
Through the online consultation service, a first contact is made where we listen to the patient, collect their medical history, assess their medical tests and provide a prior diagnostic guidance.

The coordinator will provide an approximate budget, based on the information obtained, and will schedule the visits before and after the surgery. Also will provide the patient with any questions they may have about the procedure, billing and medical insurance.

During your stay in Barcelona
Depending on the type of operation and the characteristics of each person, the number of days spent in Barcelona may vary. At the preoperative visit, a thorough otorhinolaryngological examination and the necessary complementary tests are performed. The proposed personalized treatment and surgical plan are adjusted, if necessary..
The surgical intervention is performed at the Teknon Medical Center. The stay at the clinic is usually between 6 and 24 hours.
the postoperative period is usually between 2 and 4 days. After the intervention, the postsurgical recommendations are given and, in the event that nose tampons had been used during the intervention, they will be removed during a visit to the Clinic. A week later, a postoperative control visit is made and the patient is discharged.
In the event that you have to take a plane to return home, Dr. Colomé will assess, according to your evolution, when it is appropriate to fly again.
